SASHA

OWNER, HEAD EDUCATOR, BUSINESS COACH, ELITE LASH/BROW ARTIST, MASTER PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST

Introducing Sasha, the visionary owner of The Beauty Society. As a licensed esthetician with certifications in all the services offered at our salon, Sasha brings a wealth of expertise. With a business degree from Indiana University, Sasha combines her passion for beauty with her strong foundation in business, allowing her to successfully lead and manage The Beauty Society.

Her understanding of guest needs and dedication to exceptional service sets the standard for the salon, ensuring that each guest receives an outstanding experience. Guest experience is her number one priority.

Sasha's passion for the beauty business, combined with her dedication to educating others and building connections with fellow business owners, make her an inspiring leader in the industry. Her commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning drive The Beauty Society's success. As the Head Educator for The Beauty Society, Sasha shares her extensive knowledge and expertise with aspiring lash artists.

Beyond the world of beauty, Sasha loves investing in real estate, playing pickleball and cherishes time spent with her husband and three children.

KELSEY

ELITE LASH ARTIST

Meet Kelsey, a true veteran and an invaluable member of The Beauty Society team. With an impressive tenure as our longest-standing team member since 2018, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our salon. As a licensed esthetician and Multi-Certified Elite Lash Artist, she is renowned for her exceptional skills and speciality lash extensions.

If you are seeking a uniform lash look on the top line and fullness on the lash line, she's your artist!

Kelsey is a mom of 3 and wife of a first responder. In her free time she enjoys boating at Lake Monroe and hanging out with her kids.

LUCY

ELITE LASH/BROW ARTIST

Meet Lucy, our licensed cosmetologist and 5x Certified Elite Lash Artist who is truly passionate about all things lashes. With her specialization in dramatic and full volume lashes, Lucy brings a level of expertise and creativity that results in breathtaking transformations. Want a super full and texturized look? Lucy is your artist! She can also deliver when it comes to natural sets of course while her love for lashes is evident in her meticulous work and unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional results. Prior to becoming a lash artist, Lucy was a Nail Tech for several years.

Lucy's passion for lashes goes beyond her technical skills. She is a natural conversationalist and takes the time to connect with her clients on a personal level. Lucy always creates a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and valued.

In her spare time, Lucy loves watching re-runs of Friends, traveling to Michigan with her family, attending church, and hanging out with her husband and 3 kids.

SHELBY

ELITE LASH/BROW ARTIST, CO-EDUCATOR

Meet Shelby, our esteemed 5x Certified Elite Lash Artist and licensed esthetician who brings a fresh and innovative approach to lash artistry. Specializing in all things lash extensions and lash lifts, Shelby’s meticulous attention to detail sets her apart from the average artist.

Shelby thrives on pushing boundaries and constantly innovating to bring fresh and exciting lash styles to her clients since 2020. From dramatic volume to subtle dimension with wispy detailed styling, her ability to blend creativity with detailed precision guarantees a customized lash look that exceeds expectations.

In her free time Shelby enjoys boating and attending social events such as Pacers games.

BRITTNEY

ELITE LASH/BROW ARTIST, PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST, SKINCARE SPECIALIST, CO-EDUCATOR

Introducing Brittney, a multi-talented artist who excels in the world of beauty and photography. As a licensed esthetician, Multi-Certified Lash Artist, and Permanent Makeup Artist, Brittney brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to The Beauty Society.

Brittney loves to create customized looks that enhance natural beauty. Although Brittney is no longer accepting new lash extension clients, she is warmly accepting new permanent makeup, skincare and brow clients! Need precise brows? That's Brittney's jam!

In her free time Brittney enjoys outdoor activities, traveling with her husband, and making memories with her daughter.

OLIVIA

ELITE LASH ARTIST, CO-EDUCATOR

Meet Olivia AKA Liv, our lash artist who brings a unique blend of passion and creativity to our salon with her talent of absolute precision to her work. With her exceptional skills and industry experience, she is dedicated to providing top-notch lash and brow services that will leave you feeling confident.

Olivia's attention to detail and impeccable precision in her artistry makes her one of Indy's top technical lash artists.

In her free time Olivia enjoys traveling to Florida to visit family!

LIZ

JUNIOR LASH/BROW ARTIST, SKINCARE SPECIALIST

Liz is our down to earth and peaceful esthetician specilizing in corrective skincare and also natural lash and brow looks.

She believes that true beauty comes from nourishing the skin, respecting its balance, and treating it with intentional care.

Liz’s approach goes beyond surface treatments: she educates clients on mindful skincare routines, lifestyle habits, and ingredient awareness to achieve sustainable results. Whether it’s customizing a facial treatment, recommending daily regimens, or addressing skin concerns like sensitivity or acne, she meets each client where they are with empathy, expertise, and an eye for detail.

Outside the treatment room, Liz treasures her marriage to her high school sweetheart proving that commitment, loyalty, and real connection are just as foundational in life as they are in beauty. She’s excited to bring that same warmth, authenticity, and care to her clients every day at The Beauty Society.

MACKENNA

JUNIOR LASH/BROW ARTIST

Meet Mackenna AKA Kenna! Before joining us as a licensed cosmetologist, Mackenna spent years here as a client, falling in love with the welcoming atmosphere and high standards of care. Her drive, upbeat energy, and passion for beauty make every appointment feel special and empowering for her clients.

Mackenna specializes in creating stunning lashes and beautifully shaped brows, tailoring each service to highlight her clients’ natural features. Her dedication shows in her growing list of glowing 5-star reviews and her commitment to perfecting her craft through continued education and practice.

Outside of The Beauty Society, Mackenna enjoys relaxing, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time with family and friends. Her joyful spirit and genuine love for people make her a perfect fit for our team and a stylist you’ll instantly feel comfortable with.

BETHANY

ELITE LASH/BROW ARTIST

Meet Bethany, our breath of fresh air licensed cosmetologist bringing several years of her experience and talents to us from Arkansas. While Bethany started in cosmetology and barbering, she found her passion lies in lashes and brows.

Whether you’re looking for a natural, effortless style, trendy sets like anime or manga lashes, or full, dramatic volume, Bethany’s skillset is multi-versatile and always tailored to match each client’s unique features and personality. She has a keen eye for detail and loves helping clients feel confident

Bethany’s long-term goal is to continue expanding her expertise and one day become an aesthetic nurse, combining her love for beauty with advanced skincare and medical aesthetics. When she’s not perfecting lashes and brows, you can find Bethany relaxing with a good book or caring for her beloved pack of dogs, who keep her life full of energy and love.

HALEY

SENIOR LASH/BROW ARTIST, SKINCARE SPECIALIST

Haley brings a wealth of experience to The Beauty Society, having worked across nearly every facet of the beauty industry over the last decade from skincare and hair to nails, lashes, and brows. While her skillset is broad, her true passion lies in natural lash/brow looks and skincare. She loves helping clients relax and recharge with luxurious facials and natural, effortless lash and brow styles.

Before joining our team as a licensed professional, Haley spent eight years as a loyal client at The Beauty Society. She knows firsthand the care, quality, and community that make our space special, and she’s proud to now create that same experience for others.

Outside the salon, Haley is a devoted wife and mom of three. She loves traveling (especially to her favorite destination, Turks & Caicos) and spending time with her family on their farm in Kentucky. Her warm personality and genuine care for people shine through in every service she provides, making each visit with her feel relaxing, personal, and uplifting.
